About this role

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the overall sales strategy. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and partnerships are managed effectively including collaboration with international clients and partners. The ideal candidate has strong experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is comfortable working with partners and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
  • Lead sales conversations, negotiations, and presentations with confidence.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial terms for potential partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with available solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism with all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client or partner relationships effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and guide initiatives.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Experience in digital marketing, media, or agency environments is a plus.
