About this role

The Social Media Specialist role involves supporting the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as assisting in the setup and monitoring of paid social media advertisements. Responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, observing engagement patterns, analysing performance data, and supporting the optimisation of campaigns to improve results. This position is suitable for students who are active social media users, have basic analytical skills, and demonstrate strong curiosity in understanding how content and ads perform in the digital space.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, programmatic, affiliate networks).
  • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Monitor performance data, identify trends, and adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives to improve results.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to request ad creatives, landing pages, and social media materials.
  • Support affiliate marketing operations, including tracking, reporting, partner communication, and offer optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
  • Research new traffic sources, platforms, and industry trends to find growth opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales and partnerships team to align campaign goals and strategies.
  • Assist in managing social media campaigns and paid content strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns follow advertising policies, compliance rules, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing, media buying, and affiliate marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. We welcome graduates from all majors.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, media buying, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with numbers, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing campaigns.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work, and handle multiple campaigns at the same time.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing are welcome. Training will be provided.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
