About this role
The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services. The role acts as the main point of contact for clients, understands their needs, coordinates with internal teams, and oversees ongoing accounts. The focus of this role is maintaining client satisfaction, supporting renewals, identifying account growth opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope through clear communication and regular performance updates. The role supports digital marketing initiatives and focuses on building long-term client partnerships while tracking performance through clear metrics and reporting
Key responsibilities
- Understand client objectives, needs, and challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver agreed services and solutions.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and action plans.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Monitor account performance and relevant key metrics.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and review sessions to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling within existing clients.
- Support renewals, contracts, and ongoing agreements.
- Address issues or risks proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
- Ensure a high standard of communication and service quality across all accounts.
Requirements
- Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. We welcome graduates from all majors.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with different people.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Enjoys learning about business and client management.
- Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn new skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Training will be provided.
- Open to business travel when needed.
