About this role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, pitching digital marketing solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals. They work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with services offered, track sales pipelines, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the agency. Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and pitches.
- Develop proposals, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support client solutions and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry functions.
- Contribute to business growth strategy and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
- Open for all majors.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with different people.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Enjoys learning about business and client management.
- Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn new skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Training will be provided.
- Open to business travel when needed.
